LAYOUT 

The location offers stunning sea views and also the easy reach of St. Barths favorite places, best shops and beaches, such as Marigot just a five-minute drive away. The life of the villa revolves around a large high-ceilinged living room, with other living areas and the dining area opening onto a terrace overlooking the sea. For meals a large table for 12 people, adjacent to a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar.

The villa has six bedrooms, fully wheelchair accessible, with one of the bedrooms under the same level as the living room. An elevator connects the car park to the main level. 

The ground floor bedroom is very luxurious, with a European king-size bed and a private bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers. The larger master bedroom occupies its own bungalow a few steps below, next to the main wooden terrace, the outdoor dining area shaded by umbrellas and the inviting infinity pool. This room also features a European king-size bed and a private bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers. 

The other four bedrooms are located on the lower level; three bedrooms have European king-size beds and one of them can be connected to a bedroom with two single beds, making it a good option for parents with young children. 

This connection can be closed, making each of the four rooms its own independent oasis. 

Outdoors 

Beautifully arranged seaview terrace with lounge and al fresco dining area. The 12 x 4 m heated swimmingpool is surrounded by deckchairs and umbrellas.
