LAYOUT 

The materials, such as travertine and marble, are sumptuous, the technology is state-of-the-art, and much of the artwork has been done by renowned St. Barts artist Kay Quattrocchi. 

Located on one of the most picturesque plots of land on the island, Villa Kay offers stunning views and direct access to sand and water. 

The villa is composed of six suites, a heated swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a gym, a massage room, a sauna, a hammam, a home cinema and a professional kitchen. ù

The layout spans three levels, with the sumptuous master bedroom upstairs to the front, giving it stunning sea views. 

Two other large bedrooms are also on this floor, facing the rear. The six bedrooms have large windows, a seating area in addition to their beds, large en-suite bathrooms and direct access to one of the terraces. 

Ground  Floor 

Downstairs, on the ground floor, there is another bedroom and an office, in addition to the spacious living room, gourmet kitchen, swimming pool and indoor terraces. One of them has an outdoor cinema projector and a screen for family movie nights. The last two bedrooms are down another flight of stairs, at Flamands beach. Besides the six guest rooms, there are two other small rooms for the staff. 

These are quite simple but at beach level, and all the better to allow for an effortless vacation. Whether or not you bring your own nanny or guardian, the villa is fairly well equipped, with a butler, chef, daily housekeeping and turndown service, continental breakfast, and soft drinks.
