The living room, sitting room and kitchen make up a single area of 90 m² with a fireplace and 55” Sat TV, large windows overlooking the sea.

The first floor consists of a 60sqm sea view suite with floor-to-ceiling windows in addition to the external stairs for direct access to the swimming pools. It has a queen size bed, built-in wardrobes, and a bathroom with a double sink and showers. The bedroom is equipped with 42” Sat TV, an independent air conditioning system, Wi-Fi, a safety deposit box, and two external deckchairs.

The Guesthouse 

The guesthouse is located twenty metres from the main house and consists of a 60sqm suite with an exclusive pergola, enchanting sea view on three sides, and direct access to the pools and to the garden. Behind the bed, separated by the wall, there is an emotional route with a shower featuring water games and the en-suite bathroom. The room is furnished with a 42” Sat TV, an independent air-conditioning system, Wi-Fi, a safety deposit box, and two deckchairs.

The outdoors has outside shaded pergolas, tables, sofas, and chairs to relax in front of the Plemmirio Nature Reserve. Furnishings with sofas, chairs, and indoor and outdoor tables have been designed for 10 people

And for your workout, the villa offers a private tennis court and a gym with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean.
