The villa is on two levels, featuring three bedrooms and three living areas and can accommodate up to 12 persons (including sofa beds and dependance) spread over 220 sqm living area and on 1.500 sqm garden. It consists of two private pools (11x2 m), guest dependance with small garden and jacuzzi, various terraces with lounge furniture, dining table, sun loungers, air conditioning.

The guests can use all facilities of the Minareto Luxury Resort, a large pool and sunbathing area in the resort, private sandy beach, spa and fitness, restaurants and bars - breakfast in the villa or at the resort included - 5-star hotel service included.
