Ground Floor

At the entrance, a living area with a 55'' satellite TV and kitchen unfold in a single spacious modern room with a spectacular fireplace designed to warm up winter days facing the sea. This area provides an air conditioning system and a service bathroom as well.

The kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances and with a counter as a snack point. The living area consists of modern furnishings with sofas and a wonderful veranda equipped with a table, chairs and a barbecue as well as various seats for relaxing and overlooking the beautiful panorama of the Arenella beaches.

The sleeping area includes four suites with a breathtaking sea view or overlooking the garden with the wonderful infinity pool, all with an ensuite bathroom with shower, king-size bed, air conditioning and satellite TV. In three of the bedrooms, there is the possibility of an extra bed.

The villa respects all the rules about energy efficiency with solar thermal, and photovoltaic systems and it also provides a backup system with lithium batteries to guarantee energy needs in case event of a power outage.

The villa has 4 suites, each with an en-suite bathroom.

SUITE 1 (45 sqm)

This suite with stunning sea view on two sides, overlooking a terrace with a view to the south of Sicily. It consists of a King size bed, built-in wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, 40“satellite TV, the latest generation hot and cold independent air conditioning system, wi-fi, and two sun loungers. Possible of adding an extra bed.

SUITE 2 (40 sqm)

This suite is equipped with floor-to-ceiling glazed windows overlooking a terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. It consists of a King size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, 40“satellite TV, latest generation hot and cold independent air conditioning system, wi-fi, and two sun loungers.

SUITE 3 (45 sqm with sea view)

This suite has a king-size with an en-suite bathroom with a shower in the room, a 32" satellite TV, the latest generation hot and cold independent air conditioning system, and Wi-Fi. The suite has an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower facilities. Possible of adding an extra bed.

SUITE 4 (Suite of 40 sqm)

This last garden view suite has an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower facilities. The are two summers that can be used as a king-size bed or two single beds. Possible of adding an extra bed.

Built-in wardrobe, a 40" satellite TV, independent heating/air conditioning system, and Wi-Fi.

Outdoors

A stunning heated infinity pool (10m x 3,5 m x 1,15m) just in front of the lounge overlooking the enchanting bay.

The pool is equipped with high-efficiency heat pumps that use renewable energy to heat the water.

Private parking, Electric car charging station.

Villa Armonia is located in a wonderful seaside residential area just 10 km from Syracuse and 5 km from Arenella Beach, Fontane Bianche area.  The area is close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, grocery stores and beaches.

Attractions close by: Portopalo di Capopassero Beaches, Vendicari Reserve Siracusa archaeological area.

The Sicilian Baroque cities of Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide, Scicli are all very near by, while
