LAYOUT

On the middle floor is the spacious living area, open, ultra-modern kitchen, and dining room. From here you have several access to the terrace with the barbecue area and outdoor dining area, lounge, pool, and Jacuzzi, as well as the spa terrace. The spacious main kitchen has Gaggenau appliances including a wine fridge. Other kitchens are on the terrace and in the apartment.

The villa offers WLAN throughout the property, as well as floor heating, air conditioning, an alarm system, timed automatic shutters, and the high-quality audio system from BOSE (inside) and B&W (outside) with iPads, which are available in the house for it.

Next to the wellness area is a suite with a double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. On the right side of the kitchen is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with access from the terrace.

On the top floor are two spacious master suites each with a double, bathroom and dressing room. A third double bedroom with a bathroom is located with access from the hallway.

At the lowest level of the villa is an apartment with a living room with a kitchen and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

All the bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas enjoy stunning sea views. The villa is designed with love and taste and is provided with the best equipment and high-quality textiles produced by the only still-producing weaving mill in Mallorca, while all bathrooms are equipped with Dornbracht fittings.

Outdoors

From the spa terrace, you get the wellness area with a Klafs sauna (including the sanitarium) with a large shower, a separate toilet, and changing facilities. In the next room, you can train yourself on Technogym equipment overlooking the sea.
