The villa is on a privileged location on a hilltop of Gardone Riviera, with the beauty of Lake Garda literally at its feet, a really unique panoramic position that combines privacy, modern architecture and luxurious interiors.

Villa Ca d'Oro is spread on three levels. On the first level, a stunning hall welcomes you to the highest level of the villa, with singular installations of lamps, mirrors and white surfaces. From here, the spacious master suite opens up to an incredible panoramic view of Gardone and Lake Garda with Sky-Frame sliding floor-to-ceiling windows open directly onto a large terrace.

On the lower first floor is the splendid living area, also with a breathtaking view of the lake. Its large sliding windows to the ceiling create a seamless ambiance between indoor and outdoor areas, where a state-of-the-art fireplace sits in the middle. There Is also a service bathroom on this level.

Outside, a variety of plants, flowers and palm trees surround the villa and create a relaxing environment against the backdrop of the unique panorama of Lake Garda. The living area leads to the terrace with the large swimming pool, where there is a high-quality outdoor kitchen, which includes a professional grill, a pizza oven, a grill and an ice machine.
