Three years after the start of the project, it exceeds every objective that was set when our vision was first conceived. Luxury, comfort and private space have been our guiding values in the creation of this exclusive 5-star resort but not at the expense of the local environment: we pay special attention to the preservation of the island’s rich culture. 

The naturally rich and unforgettable landscape of Zanzibar is preserved and enhanced by an architecture designed around existing fauna. 

THE VILLAS 

White Sand offers three types of villas and rooms: 

- Beachfront one bedroom villa (5 for max 2 persons), directly on the beach, this villa hosts comfortably two adults and is a perfect retreat for a peaceful and romantic holiday. It offers a private access to the beach, private swimming pool, Outdoor bathtub and rain shower, Panoramic rooftop terrace, Star bed/hanging bed, lush gardens, TV on demand, A/C & Wi-Fi (free of charge); 

- Family two-bedrooms villa (5 for max 5 persons), ideal for families or groups with its private swimming pool and recreational area, two en-suite bedrooms, it ensures a maximum privacy and space. 

It offers a private swimming pool, Outdoor bathtub and rain shower, Sea view balcony, Star bed/hanging bed, lush gardens, TV on demand, A/C & Wi-Fi (free of charge). 

-The Presidential five-bedrooms villa (1 for max 10 persons) includes three en-suite bedrooms and two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, 730 sqm. of recreational area and comfortably hosts 10 persons (possibility of an extra bedding).  It offers a private swimming pool, Rain shower in each bathroom, Panoramic rooftop terrace, Jacuzzi, Home cinema, Star bed/hanging bed, lush gardens, TV on demand, A/C & Wi-Fi (free of charge). 

-The Garden Villas (4 for max 4 persons) are spacious villas designed with a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living, featuring expansive terraces that overlook the vibrant greenery. Each villa is thoughtfully furnished with contemporary, locally inspired décor, ensuring both comfort and style.

Inside, guests will find large living areas, fully equipped kitchens, and cosy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The private outdoor spaces include a serene garden, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a meal in the open air. These villas provide the perfect balance of privacy and connection to nature, making them an ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful escape in one of Zanzibar's most beautiful settings.

- Cinnamon room (3 for max 4 persons) is a perfect retreat for couples or solo travellers seeking comfort and style. This elegant room features a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a rain shower, dual sinks, and premium amenities. Step out onto your private terrace and take in the serene garden views, or relax in the luxurious ambience of your room. Thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings, the Cinnamon Double Room offers the ideal blend of relaxation and sophistication.

FACILITIES AND SERVICES 

Bar & Restaurants Zanzibar White Sand Luxury Villas & Spa offers many opportunities for eating and drinking within the resort. 

The Restaurant building includes a bar, a fine-dining restaurant, a rooftop lounge and a large swimming pool. A/C and Wi-Fi are available throughout. 

Bar Cocktails, fresh juices and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere: you can pull up a stool and enjoy the bar, laze in the lounge or by the large swimming pool. 

The restaurant, with its stylish interior and stunning setting overlooking the large central pool and vertical garden, serves a first-class cuisine that blends local Zanzibar inspired dishes with international accents and flavors Rooftop lounge. 

It boasts a stunning view and becomes the perfect place to relax while watching the incredible African sunset

The SPA 

It is nestled in the island’s natural landscape and includes a tropical seating area with waterfall. Indulge in a wide range of treatments or relax in the steam room or sauna: our spa offering is crafted with your total comfort in mind and the treatments may be offered in a individual or a couple setting. 

Therapists use locally sourced products produced by local communities and are based on seaweed, coconut and spices found in Zanzibar. 

Local activities including Snorkeling, Fishing, Swimming in open waters with dolphins, Spice Tours, Visiting Stone Town, Island-hopping in a traditional boat. Kitesurf With its year-round winds, calm shallow waters and idyllic sandy beach, Paje is well-known as one of the top kitesurfing spots in the world. 

The Zanzibar Kite Paradise is focused on providing quality service, high-end equipment, and an unrivaled experience. 

Other Services: Kitesurfing lessons with equipment rental (kitesurf and windsurf), Snorkeling equipment, no wind activities such as Stand-Up-Paddles, Blo-Kart, kayaks, Shop, Chill-out zone. 

The kite centre’s placement is the finest on the coast for beginners and the flat waters will impress advanced riders. Situated on the border of the resort, it is accessible yet unobtrusive for guests. 

Note that kitesurfing is a seasonal activity and the kite school is open yearly from June 15th to September 15th and from December 15th to March 15th. It is still possible to rent and kitesurf in the low seasons, with lessons available subject to instructor availability and weather conditions. 

ECO LUXURY RESORT 

Zanzibar White Sand Luxury Villas & Spa is powered by wind and solar energy thanks to solar panels and a state-of-the-art wind turbine. Additionally, the resort relies on its own water source and desalination plant. Each villa is equipped with photovoltaic solar water heating system. 

The Resort provides high standards to preserve the environment and enhance the naturally rich landscape of Zanzibar with unobtrusive architecture designed around existing fauna. 

Sustainable policies are applied within the resort including recycling and growing organic fruits and vegetables in our plantation, which are used in the restaurant for a controlled quality.
